Ordinary concrete mixer truck takes power from the automobile engine, then uses the hydraulic oil pump (gear pump or plunger pump) to convert the rotating power from the diesel engine into the hydraulic pressure of the oil pump, and then transmits it to the hydraulic motor through the hydraulic pipeline. The pressure is converted into power, and the mixing tank is driven to rotate through the reducer.

液压油的循环路径，自齿轮泵或柱塞泵出来之后，直接流向液压马达（齿轮泵还需要通过换向阀来改变液压油路的路径，以此来改变搅拌罐的旋转方向），液压马达出来之后需要冷却，液压油流向散热器，出来散热器之后重新流回齿轮泵或柱塞泵。

The circulating path of hydraulic oil flows directly to the hydraulic motor after it comes out of the gear pump or plunger pump (the gear pump also needs to change the path of the hydraulic oil path through the reversing valve to change the rotation direction of the mixing tank). After the hydraulic motor comes out, it needs to be cooled, the hydraulic oil flows to the radiator, and then flows back to the gear pump or plunger pump.

需要注意的是，单罐没有上装，回去自己使用的时候，尤其要注意看液压油散热片，风扇是否工作。柴油机厂家出厂时候是不带电瓶的，但是液压油散热器风扇是需要供电才能工作的。所以在搅拌车上，一般都有发电机电瓶，上装厂家会直接接好。

It should be noted that the single tank is not installed. When you go back to your own use, you should pay particular attention to whether the hydraulic oil radiator and fan work. The diesel engine manufacturer leaves the factory without battery, but the hydraulic oil radiator fan needs power supply to work. Therefore, there are generally generator batteries on the mixer truck, which will be directly connected by the top loading manufacturer.

如果是电机单罐，一般都是380V的工业电源，厂家一般会选用380V的风扇来给散热器吹风。柴油机带单罐的时候，需要配备电源来给柴油机打火气动，并且给散热器风扇供电。

If it is a single motor tank, it is generally a 380V industrial power supply. Manufacturers generally choose a 380V fan to blow the radiator. When the diesel engine is equipped with a single tank, it needs to be equipped with power supply to ignite the diesel engine pneumatically and supply power to the radiator fan.

有些散热器风扇是由温控开关来控制的，当散热器温度达到一定值，风扇自动启动。所以要注意，开始工作的时候风扇可能没有启动，这个是正常情况。温度很高了还不启动就不正常了！

Some radiator fans are controlled by the temperature control switch. When the radiator temperature reaches a certain value, the fan starts automatically. Therefore, it should be noted that the fan may not be started at the beginning of work, which is normal. The temperature is very high. It's abnormal if you don't start it!
