怠速车身抖动是很多搅拌成司机常遇到的状况。如果司机在启动搅拌车或将搅拌车停驶未关闭发动机情况下，如果发现车身抖动明显，那么可能意味着搅拌车存在下面四种状况：

1.搅拌车发动机积碳严重

造成混凝土搅拌车抖动常见的原因就是节气门过脏或喷油嘴积炭过多。当发动机内部的积碳过多时，冷启动喷油头喷出的汽油会被积碳大量吸收，导致冷启动的混合气过稀，使得启动困难，这种状况下，只有等到积碳吸收的汽油饱和，才容易着车，着车后吸附在积碳上的汽油又会被搅拌车发动机的真空吸力吸入汽缸内燃烧，又使混合气变浓，搅拌车发动机的可燃混合气时稀时浓，造成冷启动后怠速抖动。气温越低，冷启动所需要的油量越大，积碳的存在就越会影响冷启动的顺利与否。

2.搅拌车点火系统问题

检查一下火花塞、高压导线和点火线圈的工作状况，点火系统工作不良，火花塞跳火状况不好同样会导致这类故障现象。

办法：检查火花塞是否积碳过多，更换火花塞。

3.搅拌车油压不稳

如果已经清理过发动机积碳、洗过节气门、换过油垫以及火花塞等，仍然发现怠速时车身抖动，建议您到修配厂检查燃油供油压力以及进气压力传感器等是否正常，如果油泵供油压力不正常或进气压力传感器数值错误和工作不良都会引发车身抖动。

自动搅拌车抖动还与引擎脚(又称机爪垫)老化有关。引擎脚其实是搅拌车发动机的避震系统，引擎脚负责吸收发动机在运转时候的细微抖动，如果引擎脚出现问题，这些震动就会传到方向盘、驾驶室内，造成怠速时发生抖动。
