已经到了立冬的季节，在这个气温较低的冬季，对于混凝土搅拌车来说是一个难熬的季节，所以在冬季来临之计搅拌车司机们要未雨绸缪，提早掌握一些搅拌车保养的小知识，下面告诉大家一些具体的方法：

1、搅拌车在发动前，必须进行的检查，确定好各部位是否正常可靠，螺栓连接是否牢固，操作是否灵活等！

8、注意检查防冻液玻璃水

冬季需要注意检查水箱的防冻液与玻璃水，如果是通用型防冻液，只需要检查冰点的高低。而机油通常都是冬夏季通用的所以无须担心。而玻璃水要看下冰点以防止因为冰冻而喷不出来的情况发生。 在结冰的日子，要注意擦去雨刷片上的残雪和冰，同时要擦净风挡玻璃，防止雨刮片和风挡玻璃冻在一起，下雪时夜间停车可以将雨刮片支起来，以确保不会被冻住。

此外，冬季驾驶小型混凝土搅拌运输车还需要一些特别的工具以备不时之需。搭电线可以在蓄电池无法启动时借助别的车的蓄电池来启动电机，冬季气温低使用3年以上的蓄电池电能很容易过低，尤其是长时间停放的车辆上。拖车绳是用来应付车无法启动的必要装备。另外就是除雪铲了，别看这把小小的铲子在冬季大雪时候挡风玻璃上的雪都需要它来处理，如果只依靠雨刷器来刮的话有可能让雨刷器报废。

由于冬季天气寒冷，机油会因为黏滞度增加而不易流动，所以发动机启动后应该缓慢驾驶进行预热，其间不可激烈驾驶，也不要让发动机的转速过高。不过这段时间不必太长，只要温度表的指针开始上升就可以正常行驶了。
