2、每天工作结束后，驾驶员应负责向搅拌筒内注入清水，并以高速(14-18转/分)旋转5—10分钟，然后排出水流，保证筒体清洁。当使用高压水清洗搅拌筒的各部分时，要注意避开仪器、操纵杆等部位。水口与车体漆面之间的距离不得小于40厘米。

    3、当维修人员进入搅拌筒内进行检修和补焊作业时，应先将搅拌筒内外的污物及残留的混凝土渣块，使搅拌筒完全停止转动。技工进入筒体时，应保证搅拌筒内的通风良好，空气新鲜，无然气体和有害粉尘，氧气供应充足。使用电动工具操作筒时，操作者必须有良好的绝缘保护。
