3、每次在车辆发动之前，检查液压油冷却器和减速机的油位，保证油位指示在目视范围内；液压系统应经常保持清洁和密封，以免尘粒和水份等污染系统液压油，造成系统不能正常工作或损坏。

4、每天行车前检查托轮与滚道的结合面润滑油是否干涩，应及时补充，保持良好的润滑效果。及时检查散热器的风扇和温控开关的性能，保证其正常工作,油温一般在60℃左右时风扇会自动打开。

4. Before driving every day, check whether the lubricating oil on the joint surface of supporting wheel and raceway is dry, and supplement it in time to maintain good lubrication effect. Timely check the performance of the fan and temperature control switch of the radiator to ensure their normal operation. Generally, the fan will turn on automatically when the oil temperature is about 60 ℃.

5、少每月打开一次托轮护罩，清理里面的污物；通过托轮上的油嘴，向托轮内注入润滑油脂。保证传动轴少每月润滑一次。

5. Open the idler shield at least once a month to clean the dirt inside; Inject lubricating grease into the supporting roller through the nozzle on the supporting roller. Ensure that the drive shaft is lubricated at least once a month.

6、经常性检查管路及液压设备的紧固螺栓是否有松动，保障设备的，必要时更换螺栓。少每隔6个月检查液压泵、液压马达及油路的密封性能。

6. Regularly check whether the fastening bolts of pipelines and hydraulic equipment are loose to ensure the safety of equipment, and replace the bolts if necessary. Check the sealing performance of hydraulic pump, hydraulic motor and oil circuit at least every 6 months.

7、注意观察散热器上的真空表指示，当指针位于红色区域时，应及时更换滤芯，对于使用一年以上的滤芯，即使指针不在红色区域，也应该更换；要使用同一生产厂家的产品。

7. Observe the indication of the vacuum gauge on the radiator. When the pointer is in the red area, replace the filter element in time. For the filter element that has been used for more than one year, even if the pointer is not in the red area, replace it; Use products from the same manufacturer.

8、液压油及齿轮油必须定期更换（此条特别关键，做不好会造成液压件故障、闷罐），运行100工作小时必须更换，以后每1000工作小时（但少每年）必须更换一次，滤芯应该同时更换（对于一体化的散热器，无压力表指示，应遵循本条更换滤芯）。

8. The hydraulic oil and gear oil must be replaced regularly (this article is particularly critical, and failure to do it well will cause hydraulic part failure and tank tightness). It must be replaced after the first 100 working hours, and then every 1000 working hours (but at least every year).
