1.搅拌罐不能转动:

a.无补液压油:检查补油泵及油箱;b.补油压力过低:检查油压,将补油压力调14-18兆帕;c.检查油箱油位是否满足液压系统工作:油位不足需及时补充同企业同型号的油液;d.连接盘花键套内花键损坏:更换连接盘或主泵通轴;e.吸油管路断裂、被挤压:更换或修理吸油管路;f.排量控制线脱开:连接好排量控制线;g伺服阀、销损坏:更换伺服阀、销;h.控制油路被异物堵塞:清洗油路;i.滤油器太脏:清洗或更换滤油器。

Check whether the oil level in the oil tank meets the requirements of the hydraulic system: if the oil level is insufficient, the oil of the same brand and model shall be replenished in time; d. The spline inside the connecting disc spline sleeve is damaged: replace the connecting disc or the main pump shaft; e. Broken or squeezed oil suction pipeline: replace or repair the oil suction pipeline; f. Discharge control line is disconnected: connect the discharge control line; G Damaged servo valve and safety pin: replace the servo valve and safety pin; h. The control oil circuit is blocked by foreign matters: clean the oil circuit; i. The oil filter is too dirty: clean or replace the oil filter.
2.搅拌罐启动慢:

a.滤芯损坏或太脏:清洗或更换滤芯;b.油路连接松动或密封件损坏:拧紧或更换密封;c.油箱油位不足,及时补足油量;e.控制软轴损坏:更换软轴。
a. Damaged or dirty filter element: clean or replace the filter element; b. Loose oil circuit connection or damaged seal: tighten or replace the seal; c. If the oil level in the oil tank is insufficient, replenish the oil in time; e. Damaged control flexible shaft: replace the flexible shaft.

a.吸油路漏气:拧紧或更换密封件;b.油的标号不配:更换合适的标号液压油;c.泵与马达、万向轴等的连接松动:紧固连接螺栓;d.油箱油量过少:给油箱补油。

5.搅拌罐转速不快(工作无力):

a.辅助泵溢流压力过低:调整溢流压力;b.辅助泵损坏:更换辅助泵。

6.轴封漏油:
