1、自拌混凝土搅拌车普通气刹的驻车制动只能在货车静止的情况下使用,因为其制动力矩是作用在传动轴上,如果在小型搅拌车行驶当中使用,容易造成传动轴和后桥的严重超载荷,还可能因差速器壳被抱死而发生左右两车轮的旋转方向相反,致使货车制动时跑偏甚至掉头。但储能弹簧制动则不然,相反因为储能弹簧驻车制动行程大于行车制动行程,在行车制动力不足的情况下,还可以使用储能弹簧助力进行应急制动。所以储能弹簧制动不仅可以作驻车制动,还可以作应急制动。所以断气刹式制动系统与普通气刹相比,在制动稳定性和安全性方面更胜一筹。
