1、采用专用耐磨钢板制造搅拌筒及叶片。

Hydraulic principle of mixer truck
当通过操纵装置使变量杆向左转动,油泵就开始从油口A排油,经高压油管进入马达,马达转动,流经马达的油变成低压油,经另一高压油管从B口流回油泵。变量杆转动角度愈大,油泵每转排出的油量就愈多,马达的转速就愈高。
When the variable lever is rotated to the left through the control device, the oil pump starts to discharge oil from port A, enters the motor through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the motor rotates. The oil flowing through the motor becomes low-pressure oil, and flows back to the oil pump from port B through another high-pressure oil pipe. The greater the rotation angle of the variable rod, the more oil will be discharged by the oil pump per revolution, and the higher the motor speed.
当操纵变量秆使其向右转动,这时压力油就从B口排出,马达旋向改变,低压油从A口流回油泵。马达的转动带动了减速机,从而使搅拌车的拌筒能在一定转速范围内无级变速且有两种旋向。其它液压系统原理与此相同。
When the variable stalk is manipulated to rotate to the right, the pressure oil will be discharged from port B, the rotation direction of the motor will change, and the low-pressure oil will flow back to the oil pump from port A. The rotation of the motor drives the reducer, so that the mixing drum of the mixer can continuously change speed within a certain speed range and has two kinds of rotation directions.
