As we all know, concrete mixer is a special vehicle used to transport cement and concrete to construction units. In the process of transportation, the mixing bucket of concrete mixer needs to run continuously. However, sometimes some special situations will lead to concrete solidification in the mixing tank. So once this phenomenon occurs, how can we solve it? Our concrete mixer technicians generally use these three methods.

方法一：

Method 1

1、准备好紧急驱动软管，将故障混凝土搅拌车熄火，卸下液压马达上的高压油管接头。

1. Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the faulty concrete mixer, and remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor.

2、将救援车熄火，将其液压马达的高压油管卸下，并与故障车上的对应接头用紧急驱动软管相连。

2. Turn off the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the faulty vehicle with emergency drive hose.

3、发动救援车，将其操纵手柄拨出料位置，故障车内的混凝土即被排出。

3. Start the rescue vehicle and turn its control handle to the discharging position, then the concrete in the failure vehicle will be discharged.

4、紧急驱动完毕后，将驱动软管卸下，并恢复两车原状。

方法二：

Method 2

若方法一实行有困难，则采用以下方法，立即排出混凝土。

If it is difficult to carry out the first method, use the following methods to discharge the concrete immediately.

在托轮和滚道之间放入木楔，以控制搅拌筒的旋转，要注意;将发动机熄火，拆松液压马达的一根高压油管，搅拌筒可自由旋转，控制搅拌筒的旋转，使维修孔转到下部，然后打开维修孔，清理出筒内混凝土。此时要注意，混凝土排出完毕后，恢复混凝土搅拌车原状，紧急清理搅拌车内混凝土是我们每个司机都应该会的，在混凝土搅拌车发生故障的时候，及时清理，将损失降低。

Put a wedge between the supporting wheel and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum, and pay attention to safety; turn off the engine and loosen a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor, so that the mixing drum can rotate freely, control the rotation of the mixing drum, turn the maintenance hole to the lower part, and then open the maintenance hole to clean out the concrete in the drum. At this time, we should pay attention to safety. After the concrete is discharged, we should restore the original state of the concrete mixer and clean up the concrete in the mixer urgently. When the concrete mixer fails, we should clean it in time to reduce the loss.

方法三：

Method 3

用“风炮”打碎凝结的混凝土，然后一点点铲出来，罐体下部要割开一个口，加翻开一个原来就有用罗丝上紧的一个封盖，这个盖是让有需求进去工作时翻开通风和紧急情况用来放料的。而在打罐过程中人在罐里面要通风，在装料罐入口放台风扇吹风进去，而“风炮”工作时会搞起灰尘，又要接上水管淋湿打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的再混凝土打碎铲出以后再打割开部分焊接上，上回封盖，装满水试下转动能否正常，再少量装料递增看液压机工作能否正常，一切正常即混凝土搅拌车可以继续运作了。

Use the "air gun" to break the set concrete, and then shovel it out bit by bit. The lower part of the tank needs to cut a hole, and open a cover that was originally tightened by rose. This cover is used to open the air when there is a need to go in for work and to discharge materials in case of emergency. In the process of canning, people need to ventilate inside the tank, and a fan is placed at the inlet of the charging tank to blow in. When the "air gun" works, it will cause dust, and it will also connect the water pipe to wet the broken concrete. After the concrete in the tank is broken and shoveled out, the cut part is welded, the upper cover is sealed, the water is filled to test whether the underwater rotation is normal, and then a small amount of material is added to see whether the hydraulic press works normally, and everything is normal, that is, the concrete mixer truck can continue to operate.
