4、一次上料不得过多，按配比上料，注意水灰比。搅拌均匀，一次搅拌时间不得少于一分钟，正常拌好的砼，应是很稠粥状。

5、电器部份应爱护，电缆要保护好，防止损坏。

6、临时停轨时，应每隔二十分钟，开动大型混凝土搅拌机，防止砼凝固或将滚筒内砼倒出，用水冲洗滚筒。
